Error 80E30014

Hello,

After downloading the new patch, I am getting an error code - E-80E30014- when I'm trying to install it. It says something about 'can't install". 

Anyone familiar with this error code? I tried to contact Sony, but they told it was a problem with EA/Battlefield. I tried to contact EA, they told me it was probably something from Sony. I am currently installing battlefield again on my PS4; however, I'm not sure if that's the solution.
