error code -32504?

Yesterday I kept getting matchmaking errors.

Today Latest message recieved:

an error occured, please try agin later error code -32504

And if I do get into a match, there are no players except for me.

I clicked to browse while waiting though.

Tried again without browsing now it seems to work again for now.
