ERROR Game disconnected make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open.

Had this twice, in two states, both times with tower based internet.

No listed solution worked.

Both times I had to call the provider and get a static IP and port forwarding. Apparently their towers update IPs every once in a while and that causes the problem. If you just port forward you will end up with another problem in time.
