ERROR Game disconnected make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open.

ERROR

Game disconnected: Client closed down connection. Check your network connection and make sure that port 3659 (UDP) is open.

Tried portforwarding

Tried restarting PC and router

Tried restarting my entire houses power

Tried turning and restarting Upnp

Tried screaming at the computer

Now trying to get an answer to all of this.

Had this twice, in two states, both times with tower based internet.
No listed solution worked.
Both times I had to call the provider and get a static IP and port forwarding. Apparently their towers update IPs every once in a while and that causes the problem. If you just port forward you will end up with another problem in time.
