I'm afraid this problem could happend to me some day, and then let EA solve the problem..
A friend of mine has this problem to... (as a lot of others)... and we have done all kind of troubleshooting, still no solution.
I see some arrogance here.
hi i got the same prblem and then i closed battlelog.battlefield.com and my origin then opent battlelog.battlefield.com with origin and then it workt
