Error NW-31456-9 wont let me download second assault and i have premium

The exact thing keeps happening to me, you's guys are wasting your time posting on here and trust me I don't want to sound disrespectful but these admins seem to answer your question once and the minute you give them an answer they get stuck and bugger off, well in this topic they do anyway, I waited up till 2am the other night and they blamed it on my internet I told them it wasn't if they had read the thread properly I have done everything that has been asked by Sony and EA on the matter, taken to a friends house, reset the router & change setting on it and to no avail I still don't have an answer from them either, this is a serious matter you can't just rip people off, sit there counting the money you have earned from people who work and come home to play the one thing we have that let's us chill out and relax and then say we can't access the dlc we have BOUGHT and then when we go out of our way to ring the companies or message them they just ignore us! I'm sorry for ranting but I was a serious battlefield fan and if this was the same time last year I would have defended battlefield and most certainly DICE but now it's clear they don't give a **bleep** about anyone especially the fans, only money!
