The thing is that when i delete the twinkle folder, i don't have that UI update. Also it's unplayable because i can't check de medals when the match is over, neither the battlepacks or the skins for the guns.
By the way, you know when may i have a fix on this problem? Because i don't know if DICE makes updates. Anyway thanks for your help bro and have a nice day.
I'm pretty sure Battlefield 1 should ask you to download a UI update after deleting the twinkle folder.
Is Microsoft OneDrive app open on the PC? If so try closing the OneDrive app and then delete the twinkle folder and relaunch the game. See if the game asks you to download a UI update now.

I just tried that OneDrive and nothing has changed, the error is still there. I don't know if the UI update is the following screenshot. By the way, u meant to stop OneDrive for working? Because i can't finde a way to close it.

When you play Battlefield 1, you automatically share your profile, gameplay stats, and presence with others in the game and in the Battlefield Companion app. You can customize your data sharing settings in your EA Account privacy settings, which are the same for Companion. These rules will apply when you log in for the next game.

No, that's not the UI update popup window that should be coming up when you first start the game after deleting the twinkle folder. The UI update popup window will ask you if you want to download the UI (user interface) update and will have an accept button to click on.
Is Microsoft OneDrive app running on your PC? You should see a cloud icon in the bottom right corner of Windows Desktop.
Yes stop it from working so it stops syncing Documents\Battlefield 1 folder
