Error on the Battlefield 1 Menu - Black Screen

I wanted to report that when i start the game i have only letters, no images. It's horrible because i can't open battlepacks, play correctly or even invite friends. I contacted EA Support and they ga...

The only other thing I can think to try is to reinstall the game in another language and see if that fixes the black menu.

I still don't see the UI download, i reinstalled the game in english and nothing, it still appears the menu on black. It's upsetting because i like the game, but this error is one of thw worsts i've ever had. I don't even know what else to do. By the way, thank you so much for your kindness bro :)
