Error on the Battlefield 1 Menu - Black Screen

Hey, are you able to send me a screenshot of your battle log? It should work under the battlefield 4 section, you just need to match the ones with blank names to the ones with names. It can be a little difficult to do, but a bit of trial and error and you get it eventually.

Hello friend, i managed to acces the page of friends, but when i delete them they simply appear again. I wish i had no friends added. Do you know any other way to delete those no nomae friends? Thank You!!
