I wanted to report that when i start the game i have only letters, no images. It's horrible because i can't open battlepacks, play correctly or even invite friends. I contacted EA Support and they gave me more than 10 solutions, and it isn't fixed yet.
Hi bro, i just tried what you told me and nothing, i have the same issue. I now can see the menu as the image of the battlepacks but when i click them, icons disappear and the back image turns black again. I tried connecting my ps4 controller but it didn't work, also clicking on the screen and pressing keys, nothing worked.
I also don't know what to do because as this game is almost 10 years old, how may DICE make another pop-up?

I think the black menu screen is caused by an in-game popup advertisement window that's bugged. For example sometimes there's a popup window in Battlefield 1 that's advertising a Battlefield 2042 event.
This bug doesn't affect everyone. It seems to randomly happen to a few people every now and then. I think the popup window might be bugged on your account. Try pressing the enter key and spacebar key on the keyboard after the game launches and the main menu first loads up. You're trying to get the invisible popup window to close.
If that doesn't work try clicking in the middle of the screen where the close button would be for a popup window. If you have an Xbox controller try plugging it in and pressing the X button on the gamepad to close the invisible popup window.
Otherwise you might have to wait until DICE does a new in-game popup window advertisement so you can finally see the popup window and close it.
I remember having this same bug in Battlefield 1 causing me to have a black menu screen a few years ago. If I remember correctly I couldn't even use the server browser. Eventually after a few weeks or more the black menu screen fixed itself. I think it fixed itself because DICE added a new in-game advertisement popup window and I was finally able to see it and close it.
i already tried it and it still not working, also deleting all the folder, installing again the game, runing as admin... I sincerely have no idea whta to do, and neither the EA workers i think, cause they told me to put here my issue, i have no idea, but thanks bro
Try deleting the folder "twinkle" in Documents\Battlefield 1
And it gets even worse if i restart it
