ERROR SYNCING CLOUD STORAGE DATA

Every time I connect to a BF4 PC server I get this error "ERROR SYNCING CLOUD STORAGE DATA"

(see attached log)

    @yahel_1 thank you for your reply; you have pointed me to the right direction: the restart of the modem+router did the trick

    @yahel_1 i accidentally played the game before restoring my cloud save so now it wont let me and I think its because it renewed the local files and now i think i will have to restart everything i have done in my game what should i do?
