Same problem. i ask: "where is EA Support" ???
I bought the game one week ago. After that my account was hacked, banned, unbanned and now i have this problem.
No respect.
Ive got exactly the same issue as Bonzu5 here. Someone hacked my account (presumably FIFA given the rife hacking that goes on in FUT, although they would have been disappointed with what theyve found as ive played FUT for about an hour and my team was as bad as QPR) so I got banned. Contacted EA support who sorted that out fairly quickly and re-enabled my account. FIFA now works just fine, as do all my other Origin games... but BF4 doesnt at all. At first start up ill get the "Error : your game session has expired" message. So I log out of Battlelog and log in again. It then gets past that message, joins the server and hangs at "LOGGING IN" at the bottom of the browser after starting the bf exe.
So far ive :
Reinstalled C++
Reinstalled Punkbuster
Flushed / reinstated DNS
Reinstalled webplugin
Tried 3 different browsers
Disabled Origin in game (even though id already disabled before when I was OK to play BF4)
Checked the firewall is allowing BF4
Reinstalled Origin
Removing my Battlefield 4 folder in My Docs
and finally, reinstalling all of BF4 and the DLC.
The LiveChat person even gave me another product code to try and that hasnt worked either (the old one wouldnt authenticate after the hack, said it was already in use... which is true, its mine, I registered it in 2013)
Nothing has worked - its clearly an authentication issue and id be very interested to hear from anyone (preferably EA as it must be their side where the issue is at was fine before the hack) who has got a solution to this.

After half an hour with Salve on LiveChat we worked out what the issue was - unsurprisingly, its Origin!
What you need to do is do all the steps I took in my previous post (although you probably dont need to reinstall BF4!) but you must clear the Origin cache living in your temp files.
There is a guide here : http://help.ea.com/en/article/clearing-your-origin-temporary-files/
Hopefully this works for anyone else with the same problem :-)
