Battlefield 3, 4 & 1 not showing in my libary on EA since origin went down

Hello all

I tried with EA help and some persons in chat to resolve my problem, but it seems they can't fix it so i'll try it here.

I was playing battlefield in the past a lot via origin on PC. I didn't play for some long time and now it seems origin is gone and i had to install the EA app to replace origin. So i did and now he doesn't find my games anymore. When i start the game with the icon on the startscreen of my pc it gives this eror: 

So than i took my DVDroms, because i bought them in a game shop always original and used the product codes to add them manually to the libary:

But than this error occurs if i press confirm:

So it seems that my games are still on my pc, but i can't play for the moment because the EA app doesn't want to start the games or thinks i'm not the original user.

Can someone help me please?

My loginname on origin was my emailadress as far as i remember so i cannot do more than this i guess.

    Hello Headiiiii​,

    This is an  account related issue, you should try talking with EA support. They might be able to assist you with more relevant information.

    ^ It might also be worth checking you're logging into the right EA account too, assuming you've not done this already of course. I only mention this since it's looks like you're possibly posting from a different account here (it may just be that you have a different display name of course).
