Also, I've noticed that the "The Golden Retriever" skin for the Lewis Gun never appeared as well, according to your sheets.
This is the skin, not to be confused with "The Rattlesnake", both skins look similar, but the "The Golden Retriever" never appeared on the exchange, so that makes it 10 skins in total, I will update the topic with it:

@Mo3tazibrahimYou don't seem to realize the purpose of this topic. It's meant to point out skins and weapons that have Never been on the exchange. I've distinctly pointed that out. The skin you've mentioned was already on the exchange, the purpose of this topic is not to beg for exchanges that you've missed on before, but for weapons and skins that were overlooked/missed to be included in the actual exchange.
The skin called "POPERINGHE" appeared in the exchange on this date -> 17th of February, 2020. Even I recall when it appeared, because I bought it then.
As of right now, the only skins that have not appeared on the exchange ever are the 10 mentioned skins that I've mentioned. And the whole skin set for the individual gun - Maschinenpistole M1912
Will there be any movement from EA regarding this?
