Try to close Origin and delete all this folder:
C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License
C:\Users\(user name) \AppData\Local\Origin\Origin
C:\Users\(user name)\AppData\Roaming\Origin
C:\ProgramData\Originthen run Origin as Admin and check...
Deleting folders does not help. I've tried reinstalling BF4, reinstalling Origin, I even reinstalled windows with no luck.

are u sure that u use correct account (check ur login=email and try use other)?
contact to advisor may help u https://help.ea.com/uk/contact-us/new/
I'm loggin in on the correct account. Origin shows I own the game and it's fully installed. I open Battlelog via Origin and then join a server.
I've already tried getting help via EA support, but the only option for help it gives me is the Answer HQ.

- delete Origin, use my script for clean of Origin data. Download it, delete .txt in name and run it as Admin. Restart PC
- download this Origin installer, run/install it as Admin, and don't change default installation Origin path
This is already a clean install of Origin.
