Failed to connect to EA online

Hi, So i bought Battlefield 1 yesterday for PC. but when i try to go online it says Failed to connect to EA online. i have followed the link it shows : https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/not-able-...

@Joink13 me too. why is it. I play bfv but I cant update,log online.
I have a ea account but I cant get it. why is it ea. please fix it ea.

I bought battle fied v. I can play single play only.i cant update the game. I cant connect to ea online.but I have ea account. I have orgin.how to fix it

    If you have any issues with Battlefield 1 please make a new topic about the issues you are having and what kind of steps you have tried to solve it.
