Failed to connect to EA online

Hi,

So i bought Battlefield 1 yesterday for PC. but when i try to go online it says Failed to connect to EA online. i have followed the link it shows : https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play/ but nothing helps ..

I did send an email to check if my account is banned .. but i highy doubt that.

 Any help would be great ..
