Failed to connect to EA servers XBOX ONE

Failed to connect to EA online on Xbox ONE, I have tried everything down to deleting my account off my Xbox and re-adding it and still nothing. My multiplayer connection is great, NAT type is open, but I still can't connect to multiplayer.

Me too. Even though im still signed into live when i try to connect its fails to connect then asks me to sign into live again even though i already am. I also have try deleting my account and doing a hard reset. I was able to play a game then it sogned me out again.

@MsRainbow13 Do you still have this issue today? Do the steps LEVITHON proposes help you?

If the issue persists, can you play other EA games online? If you don't have other ones to hand you can try the FIFA 17 demo as a test.
