thanks for the reply but I dont think this will help in this situation since the ban is not from EA, it is from a 3rd party tool called battlefield agency which many servers are running so if a player is banned from one they are globally banned from most servers. their website is https://battlefield.agency/
again I've tried using their discord but the process to be able to appeal seems to be broken at the moment
https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/battlereport/show/1/1468274337074989184/247496303/ is the battle report that triggered the 3rd party ban, It that shows a single RAWR kill that must have carried over somehow from the previous map propaganda. I was using the RAWR right up until the moment of the match.
I didnt break the ToS
I'm not technically banned by EA as there might still be a few servers that dont use BFA but unlikely at this point in the games life cycle

im trying but their discord is broken and the server forum when I was banned on is not responding.
this is a random glitch that I have literally no control over, it could probably happened to anyone but its very low chance of happening. I have over 1000 hours in BF4 and this is the first I've ever heard of this glitch.
I know it looks bad and it looks like im lying but im not I think if they never respond I might have to re-buy the game and that's not fair
ok well i've managed to get the discord appeal process started. turns out that I had to use a mobile phone and log into discord to get verified. im still not unbanned.
I cant mark the thread as solved or whatever because the problem even how unlikely it is still exists and will always because support for this game has ended long ago.
