so, in the end, if you don't want to get banned, play bf4 only on official windows 10 release and don't use any stripped ISOs like i do, or some hackerman software like process lasso or god forbid msi afterburner and rtss.

if it's that hard to dispute global ban then why do your ac even gives them? like there are community-managed ACs that have atleast active support and if you got banned for nothing, you can dispute it in a day rather than in this case, half a month
Don't even bother arguing with Nick about that. He says Punkbuster can still detect cheats which is hilarious considering it hasn't been updated for years. Sure it can detected cheats before PB stopped doing updates but you are only catching a very small minority of people at the point who are either running out-dated cheats that have already been detected or very poorly made ones. Lets us not forget PB false banned a lot of players as well in which PB admitted years later. Third party commmunity "anti-cheats" are the only thing that is keeping BF4 on PC alive and is the reason this game has such positive reviews on Steam. If it wasn't for that then this game would be a hackfest since Dice more than likely wouldn't want to spend a penny updating an anti-cheat for an old game. At least now with BF2042 dice are using an actively maintaned anti-cheat.
Dont forget that pb still cant somehow detect a person using pickup items on maps they shouldnt be on IE. Rawr/railgun on lockers
