Why all those steps? Only thing you have to do is to download pbsetup and run it as admin, then add BF3 in the list and search for updates? That works for me..
This is a different issue. I did the setup steps that you mention and the problem still persist. Even PunkBuster support understood that its a program I had that its causing the kick. But finding the program its the issue.
