Restart your PC ALL time....run as administrator

Close all program also Origin
1.
press Control-Alt-Delete (Open Windows Task Manager) go to services and look for PnkBstrB and PnkBstrA
if they run Right click on them and stop them. (If the run it is not sure that they will be un-install/remove)
2.
Download pbsvc.exe ((run as administrator))

and un-install/remove punkbuster service
4.
Restart your PC

install/re-install punkbuster service and run test service

login as an Administrator user,
1. open Windows Explorer and browse to c:\windows\system32
64 bit, you need to browse to c:\windows\syswow64
2. scroll down and find PnkBstrA.exe - PnkBstrB.exe,
3. right-click PnkBstrA.exe - PnkBstrB.exe and choose Properties.
4. click the Compatiblity tab.
5. click the button "Change settings for all users".
6. click the checkbox for "Run this program as an administrator".
7. click the "Ok".
8.Restart your PC

look in your router/modem manual how to do Port Forwarding
or call your ISP (to see if they are open)
or with PFConfig it is very easily. download select modem/router and games. and it does it for you

i tried all your ways and still have that problem...but anyway thanks.i hope that you can fix it because i bought the bf4 already and i am confused cause i dont know will i get the same problem.i bought the bf3 2 months already but i just can played 80 hours.
