Fast Attack Craft unlock progress suddenly lost

I just had this bug: after the patch, I joined a game, jumped in the Fast Attack Craft and found out to my dismay that I no longer have my TV Missile, my Active Protection or my Burst Cannon.

I had them unlocked over a week ago and used them quite extensively.

What happened to them?
