Platform:PC
Summarize your bug When I try to access a box containing a field manual in the single player campaign mission Fog of War in Through Mud and Blood, there is no prompt saying I can open that box. I cannot obtain all field manuals now.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the final checkpoint on Fog of War. Go to the bunker furthest to the left when facing the hill. Inside should be the box containing the field manual.
What happens when the bug occurs? No prompt comes up that will let me open the box for the field manual.
Please select your region North America
In what game mode did the bug occur? Single Player Campaign
In what Single Player War Story did the bug occur? Through Mud and Blood
AMD or Nvidia Model Number Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
Enter RAM memory size in GB 8

    So, for all who might have issues like this as well.

    If it comes to collectible things in the story, make sure you doublecheck each location if one is missing which you didn't thought of before.
    In case you guess there is a bug happening to another located item.

    Glad i said check again. 😉

    So if i got that right, the issue is not that the Field manual isn't there. The problem is that it just doesn't show you to interact to pick it up. Right?

    The field manual should be there; I followed multiple guides and that is the location. It’s just that I can’t interact with the case to obtain the field manual.

    Have you even tryed to get close to it and just press the button you normally use to interact? It might just don't show it but you could actually interact. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    Otherwise, you can try to do a Clean boot on Origin and see if it helps in that case.

    I’ve tried the key I bound to interact, and nothing happens. I think I will try the clean boot on Origin. If you don’t mind, could you tell me how to do that? And will I lose any data if I do this? Thanks.

    I'm not on PC myself, just heard from PC friends about a possible Clean boot. But not sure if that's a specific Origin program thing or more like a PC Clean boot at all.

    But first of all you could try to Repair the Game if you haven't yet!
    Simply do a right click on BF1, and choose "Repair Game". Then restart Origin just to make sure, and see if that helps. Also could check all locations again if one is missing. 🙂

    I am such an idiot. I rewatched some videos and realized I missed a crate right near the beginning. There weren't any bugs to begin with. Sorry for taking up your time. 🤭
