fifa 15 nao funciona

Ola!

venho aqui pois complei o jogo na loja SARAIVA  e na hora de instalar ele para em 23% . dai decidi fazer o download na origin, fiz o download mas agora quando tento entrar no jogo aparece a seguinte mensagem 

OCORREU UMA EXCEÇAO SEM TRATAMENTO NO APLICATIVO. SE VOCE CLICAR EM CONTINUAR, O APLICATIVO IGNORARA ESSE ERRO E TENTARA CONTINUAR. SE CLICAR EM ENCERRAR, O APLICATIVO SERA ENCERRADO IMEDIATAMENTE 

           REFERENCIA DE OBJETO NAO DEFINIDA PARA UM INDTANCIA DE UM OBJETO

sera que algue pode me ajudar ?

    this is the English section of the forum and posts in other languages should not be posted here. It's also the Battlefield Hardline forum and not the FIFA 15 one. I can't move the thread since I can't be sure which language your post is in so I'll be locking it. Feel free to create a new thread using the English language or alternatively use the subsections of the forum which for some games are in other languages.
