Make sure you are using the same account, after that if you are still missing the game you should talk to EA support.
Do you have anything like a serial or key when its digital only? If so, under profile button in the top right of the EA App there somewhere to check these codes to confirm it is yours. Otherwise, I'm afraid you will have to try to log a ticket via the EA Help, and wait for assistance via their chat. Worth checking with them to see if there is a problem with the ownership side of things. Good luck,
