I know what you mean. It's happened 7 times to me. Each time I see the tags lying there but get no prompt to ineract.
Well, that's darn weird. I'll search through Phantom-related information later today, maybe I'll find something out.
- Ok, this is weird. I was looking through my dogtags and was able to equip a phantom dogtag. I don't how this is possible as I wasn't able to pick up them. It's an Operation Whiteout one. I remember the box. Knifed it. Couldn't pick it up. Gave it to a friend. Now I have a tag.
Well, this is odd. I know that for some people tags didn't appear as they glitched into the ground, but they still could be picked up. However, you should still get a message. That's really getting weirder in a hurry. So far I haven't found any kind of reason why these issues may happen.
- Ok, so I also have a Hanger 21 tag even though I've never seen a box with my own eyes on this map.
Also I couldn't pick my papers for assignment in Bow room similar to when I couldn't pickup dogtags.
