Final stand dog tags can't pick them up after opening box

If i were to grow a pair and reinstall everything what are the steps to remove and reinstall bf4

Yes, bump this.  I was on Whiteout the other day and found two tags, knifed them, and then they vanished.  No chance to interact.

I'm really not interested in having to go through and delete everything and then re-install.

Yet interestingly enough I was able to find a tag and interact with it just fine in Hanger 21.  Same knife.

Any help would be appreciated.

I can find them, open them but it will not allow me to collect the dogtag

Hey Guys, if got the same problem... Opened boxes 4 times now with my knife. The first time i could pick the dogtag up but now im never able to pick them and other players cant even see them.... DICE PLS! If you make these easter eggs, make them work properly ffs

I'm not sure if this is an issue I am having or a I am not opening the right boxes or doing something wrong. I think this happened to me for the second time yesterday so I recorded it. Can someone tell me if this is the same bug they are/were having?

If it helps the knife I was using was the ACB-90, I am playing on the PS4, I have BF4 digitally with Premium, my soldier's in game rank was 118, and at the time I had only completed the Phantom Initiate assignment (but was working on getting the other 2 done).
