finished campaign missing benet mercie skin?

hi there can anyone help?

just finally got round to finishing the campaign ( really liked it ) and saw the end film ( very moving ) and got the two trophies and a message about a benet mercie skin.

cant find the skin in the customize section, anyone know where it might be or if i need to do something else to get it?

    Hey @dreadpiratedylan,

    just go on a server and try to customize your soldier before the start of the round. *

    You should find the skin there, customisation in the main menu doesn´t always work the way it should 🙂

    *EDIT just to clarify, a running server waiting for the round to start, not an empty server waiting for players to join.

    It will be there 100%.

    Once the message is shown you should have the Trench cleaner skin unlocked when selecting the Benet Mercie LMG - it may take a short while to show up in your customisation menu, restarting the game might help. Furthermore the easiest way to check would be in the main menu customise soldier tab or during a live match, the pre-round (waiting for players to join) currently has a bug which may result in skins not showing up.

    cheers, found it...

    i wish dice would put everything into the customisation soldier screen ( including vehicles )

    yea i had problems outta mine when i done mine and had to use the app to get it to work
