fix the black cloud problem once it so frustrated! answer back please

when i shoot with the tank at heli/jets i see sometimes a black cloud and the heli/jets didn't explode and you know what happen next sure the come back and kill you! this problem has never been fixed it was there at the begin of btf3 and still is. it a big frustraition when you see it happen so fix this for once and for all. maby you could make when the black cloud shines up that the heli/jet explode and i get te kill even if it dont look good because it fair on that way. so pleassssssssssssssssssssse fix this problem its frustraition NUMBER 1. please let me know what you gonna do. i hope so that the next update fix this. i quit sometimes because of this greeting jan

    Hi again!

    I understand that you are frustrated and want to get rid of the problem. 

    If you re-install just the game, it should work again. You can also try to launch the game from Battlelog instead of Origin. 

    If you have any background programs running while playing Battlefield 3, close them.

    now pc for 3 months but ps3 got this problem too but pc is now a problem for me.

    Hi again!

    This is a graphic bug and if you re-install the game files, it should disappear. Also, please read this Fix Guide, as it might contain a another solution.

    If the problem persist, let me know.

    oke i try to download someting what stay in the fix guide because i have reinstalled the game last week and thats during so long to download everything again im a day later so. but in the future of btf4 will this problem be sold or do you think not because you say that you cant do anyting to it?????? and re-install gamefiles is that you have to reinstall the wole game???????????????????????? and do you need the fix from navidia put it in the map from btf3???

    make it god dammit **bleep**ing bull**bleep** i m sick of it yeah! i pay for this game so make it work always we cant fix it yes you can so it god dammid it **bleep**s mke off ye  godverdomme

    the only thing i have running is msi afterburner but that is for capturing gameplay but i have this problem at the ps3 too and i have a new pc with a 2 gtx680 and a cpu of 3.6ghz so it souldend be a problem because last month i did not had this problem so big as now i just want that this problem is fixed so could you not make when the black cloud shines up that it get killed i just want to help and stop bugs and stuf
