Hi, for some reason my battlepack progress stuck, so i can't get more crates. Also scoreboard after match isn't loading. Pls tell me how to fix

I think it's happening for everyone on PC. Even if you buy the game on steam or other stores, you still need EA App.
Irregardless of store if you're on PC we're playing on the same servers 😉.
Don't know if console players are affected but since I have never owned a console I can't say.
I noticed the issue around 21:00-22:00 on Sunday happening while I was doing the last Brusilov operation. After finishing I was hoping to open the battlepack and then I checked the ops menu and the points/XP didn't get allocated.
I started roughly 24H ago.
Let's hope it will get fixed tomorrow 🙂 .
Also I'm quite sceptical what others say, friends of mine said they got it but once they checked there was none.
As the title says, when i finish the round the end screen just loads and doesn't show the progression in rank and crates, and when i go back i can see that there is no points in the 2 maps where you get a crate from, this started like 2 days ago and i remember trying to restart my pc but it doesn't work, this happens on every game i've had yet
help would be appreciated
the Ops campaigns maps have flipped (Sinai and Achi) but still not credits being registered.
I spent all my scraps today on Exchange to buy the Ararebo and need to earn a bunch of new scraps in case something good shows up in next week's Exchange. I played two Operations campaigns today and easily earned 25K on each but wasn't given credit for the grind thus didn't get my Ops Battlepack. EA, can you please fix this very soon?

Anyone tried it today to see if its been fixed?
