After contacting EA, server admins and trying everything else.
I cannot join servers, all i get is this error.
Contacted EA, they are saying no bans. Contacted punkbuster, updated and all that. No solution.
Contacted server admins they are also saying no bans at all.
It all happened after yesterday's update. They disabled queue system, and i tried to join one server. First i get the "Server is full" message and when i tried it again. It gave me this one.

You are banned on the server or you are game banned, nothing else could be the issue. Check out the following link for game bans.
If you have been banned from the server, you will need to contact the server owner.
It could also be that someone in your party is banned from the server, since the message does say 'you or your party member'. Since that appears to be a rented server, the simplest solution in my mind is to play a different one if possible.
Thanks for your reply, like i said i've contacted the server admins and no ban is there at all. And the link you provided also says no ban at all again. Also server admins checked their server logs, and my join request is not even getting there at all. Its completely EA issue but i cannot get help, all tickets getting declined. Live chat also cannot find issue too. But %100 its an EA issue.

In that case, you could try speaking with EA Help again and making sure that the EA Anti-Cheat is fully up to date. However, if EA banned you then you would not be able to play the game at all. They wouldn't just stop you from playing specific rented servers as that's not how their ban system works. You could potentially confirm this by trying to join a Dice official server and seeing what happens.
It may also be worth checking sites such as BF Ban etc in case the admin(s) use their plugin and you've ended up being reported there (BF1 does not use Punkbuster as an FYI).
The only other reason that's coming to my mind is that it might be related to the server issues that people are reporting on EU servers for PC and PlayStation, and if that is the case then you could always try joining the server again after that has been resolved.
I've 4 opened cases, tried live chat multiple times yet they are all saying the same thing. It is all happened after the latest battle field 4 update, they removed the queue system. When i tried to join it first said "Server is full", after couple of minutes i tried again and i got this one. I think EA implemented a soft ban system, which their even support doesnt know about it. Because last week all servers were under the attack. I've tried everything updated punkbuster, reinstalled game, restarting router to get new ip yet no dice. If you joined lately on Battlefield 4 on eu, there is limited selection of servers already. I like to play Locker mostly, there is only 2-3 servers with it and sometimes only 1 with players.
I dont know what to do at this point, since ea keeps declining tickets or saying like a joke "contact server admins" which i did at least 50 times. Thankfully server admins checked their server logs, and my join request is not arriving their server at all. Its %100 on ea side issue.
