[FIXED] Can't Choose Map or Mode on Rented Server Since Nov. 2023

Today I rented a Battlefield 1 server for one day (24 hour).
The transaction with a cost of three euros was successfully completed.
However, I can't access my private server anywhere in Battlefield 1 game.
I've never rented a server before, maybe I'm doing something wrong?

ok, my private server is available.
But my problem is that as a server admin I can't choose game mode and map on my own private server.
Only default Amiens map and Conquest mode can be set.

Another week without a fix to this... I can´t believe DICE won´t pay attention to these kinds of problems in one of its most active games especially when there are clearly still many people willing to spend money on it and it's honestly disrespectful to the people who already paid. 

If a famous Battlefield  (ex?) youtuber, game changer had reported the server rental problem, EA would have solved it a long time ago.
The feature to rent a server in Battlefield 1 is still in beta since 2016.

Is there a current issue with renting a server? I cannot seem to get it to work properly. When I go to rent a server to buy the screen just loads forever.

Anyone at EA that can help

On steam, I am having a problem renting a server. Is anyone else having this problem? It just loads forever when I go to rent the server.
