I started playing bf4 as soon as it came it and even on low, the textures are flashing all colors, which makes the game unplayable. My graphic card drivers are updated. It flashes when you do anything and is very annoying for the eye and may induce epilepsy in some because it is so intense. Please help

Stiv I am also experiencing this issue, beginning the moment I completed the 1+GB update pack origin had waiting for me today. After the origin update I am having the flashing color issue but I am not using any Nvidia cards, I have XFX 7970 Ghz edition crossfire x3. I am currently using 13.11 catalyst drivers, and tried both reinstalling the drivers, as well as downgrading the 13.9 all with the same results. Also, I am experiencing framerates around 60FPS in single player, using 3 crossfire cards both at 5760x1080 eyefinity, and at 1920x1080 and 1920 x 1200. If I drop settings from ultra to low, I get nearly 100FPS, but I am reading about users with Nvidia GTX 780's SLI hitting as high as 200FPS!?
We need a chart for MAX fps we can expect with crossfire setups, SLI setups, and single card setups so we have an idea of whether we are hitting the performance marks we should be getting, or if something is wrong, which is what I expect. is 60FPS normal for eyefinity 5760x1080 with triple crossfire 7970 GHZ edition, 32GB memory @ 2400MHz and an 8 core 4.4GHZ CPU using Samsung 840Po SSD? I feel like this is the best game ever made but it is plagued by poor performance and users like me who spent nearly 10k $ on systems to exclusively play this game need some explanations/direction/hope that these problems are being acknowledged and worked on. Is this color rainbox flickering issue reported to be effecting AMD users as well as Nvidia? Thank you
Have managed to recreate and fix this issue several times looking for a fix to crashing. Every driver prior to 331.65 will cause this at some point or another. Not necessarily every game but it'll keep popping up at some point. Installing .65 with a clean install did the trick every time. I still play with .40 though for stability.
Make sure you folks are giving some description of the problem because you could be talking about different issues, i.e. the ATI user. This looks to be an Nvidia issue. The ATI guy, maybe you're just having some artifacting on the screen. That could cause similar issues.
The problem I am speaking about has to do with in-game assets, i.e. trees, boulders, objects, not the map, flashing white/other neon colours.

Hello, i am having the same problem ingame. I bought a new pc to play battlefield 4 and i am running two xfx hd 7970 3gb gddr5 in crossfirex, all ati and amd. When i play in windowed mode everything is just fine but the mountains look weird and when i change it to fullscreen mode the textures of the ground are like flashing and just can't play like this, i have the last drivers and everything good and the problem keeps..here is a video that i recorded of how i see the game in windowed and fullscreen mode. Hope to get a answer of how to fix this or anything about it, have a good day.

I have this same exact issue as well. Restored default graphics settings.
I am running dual GTX 550 Ti's with Nvidia driver version 331.82
