Would it be too much to ask for DICE/EA to acknowledge the issues with SLI after the game update today?

Seeing the same issue -- it's a really sloppy one and I'd be surprised if they don't fix it. They should absolutely acknowledge it, though.
Given how common SLI is, I'd be shocked if they didn't fix soon. If they don't, they're getting a chargeback.
It's most likely up to Nvidia to fix and acknowledge. If it doesn't work using the 375.86 driver remember to give that feedback to Nvidia:
I will let Nvidia know, but the flickering is also happening with older driver versions, and it is happening in crossfire too!
