To help reset your security question, simply follow these steps:

1. Go to http://www.origin.com and Sign in on the top of the page
2. Scroll over "My Account" and Click "Privacy Settings"
3. Then click the "Security" Tab on the left
4. Click "Edit" next to "Account Security"
5. Enter the security code that has been sent to either your e-mail or your phone (whichever option you have set up)
6. You can now reset your security question

This allows you to change your security question and/or password

If all else fails, you will have to contact an EA Game Adviser @ http://help.ea.com
