Forgot my Security Question answer

Please I need help. I don't know you to rest or retrieve my Security question on origin. I need to change my name for the DGL but I can't without my security question answer.

No, no they can't. Why can't someone just tell us how to change our security answer? I forgot mine. And it's required to edit my profile.

  Yes, they can help you in such situation and they are the only way to get this fixed. So, please contact a Game Advisor at https://help.ea.com/contact-us for further assistance and once you were able to complete account ownership verification they will be happy to update or reset your security question.

    Also finding the "game advisor" very unhelpful
    
    Just shows me catergories and nothing helpful in them ☹️
