Forgot Password and don't have access to my old email account

Something has been really bothering me for the last few months if you can guess by the title of this post. Back one or 2 months before Battlefield 1 was released, I was able to sign into my account to check my Battle log and etc for Battlefield 4. Around when Battlefield 1 came out, I wasn't able to access my EA account anymore because I used the same password as I used to do before but for some reason it wasn't working or I just forgot it. This was bad news for me because I completely forgot the password to my old email I almost never used. I'm on my very old EA account right now, forgot I even had it but that's besides the point. I am still able to play on Battlefield (1 and 4)  with my account that I forgot the credentials to because I play on Xbox One so I automatically sign in, and there was even an option on the companion app to sign into the app via xbox account which was nice since I forgot everything else. Even though I am still able to check my battle log on the app, creating an emblem is painful on there and I would really like to do that stuff on a computer. Even just being able to have complete access to my EA account again would be nice. Also I hope I didn't post this in the wrong place.. Any help would be appreciated!

Thanks.

-Edit: Also just wanted to mention that I play Star Wars Battlefront and me being the huge star wars nerd that I am, I can't wait for the second game later this year and would really like to have access back to my EA account

  • Hi @Shard3QC!

The easiest way to get your account back is to reset your old e-mail password and gain access to it, and finally reset your Ea account password (you will receive a mail with a link to reset your ea account password in the mailbox linked to it).

In the case this is not possible you will need to contact Ea support at: https://help.ea.com/en/

You need to prove that the account which you're trying to access effectively belongs to you!
