Yes I did suspect MSI afterburner for a while and tried without.
I start origin,
Launch game,
Start obs,
Engage stream,
Go in on a server,
Play,
Obs no issues, no frame loss,
Game starts getting frame drop starting after 10-15min gaming.
Game reaches 15fps,
I quit obs, frame still 15 in bf1,
I quit server, frame still 15 now on homescreen of bf1,
Quit game and start game up, still 15.
Quit game and origin, start all up still 15.
Restart pc all together, back on 60.
If I start any other game up during the status of 15 that other game is on normal 60 fps, thus not internet (isp) related.
No it's not overclocked.

So when its stuck in 15 FPS mode, how are temps and performance(usage), in other words how is the health of the PC?
This is a really odd issue. trying think on what you can do.

- I too was curious about that and it was one of the earlier checks I did. The temperatures, memory and CPU was as out always been. There were no anomalies. That's when I decided to stress test ram, gpu and thus also CPU.
After this I switched the gpus placement, tested with same result.
Tried with one GPU and then the other, tested with same result.
So I have found it is unrelated to hardware.
Hence my suspicion on game being the cause or if killer networking it's causing it. Though all my attempts have yielded the same 15fps over and over again. The only thing that has not been altered is game. Other than settings.
