FPS Drops? (PC)

Hey guys I'm not sure if its just me but I get a nice 60-70 FPS but every 5 or so seconds my FPS drops to like 12 or less! My Specs are: AMD FX 6100 6 Core, Clocks @ 3.3GHz 8GB DDR3 Ram 1.2TB...

Same here.

Phenom II X6 1055T - OC 3,2GHz

SSD

AMD HD7970 OC

Win 8.1

8GB RAM

Max GPU Load of 60% and CPU Load of around 70% but drops are extrem. Looking around to some wider areas increases FPS from 70 to 30-40 FPS...

  I got to tell u guys that..
  i resolved my problem.
  I was looking into " My Computer propeties "
  Were saying memory installed: 8gb Usenble: 3.98 gb..
  I bought new memorys..
  now using entire 8gb..
  no more fps drops.

    Hi guys first of all sorry for my bad english but i think i got a fix untill EA/DICE stop been so lazy and fix this problem that alot of us are havin well here it goes,
    
    first of all you need to make a user.cfg file and put this in
    
    RenderDevice.Dx11Enable 1

    RenderDevice.TripleBufferingEnable 0
    WorldRender.TransparencyShadowmapsEnable 0

    WorldRender.MotionBlurForceOn 0
    WorldRender.MotionBlurFixedShutterTime 0
    WorldRender.MotionBlurMax 0
    WorldRender.MotionBlurQuality 0
    WorldRender.MotionBlurMaxSampleCount 0
    WorldRender.SpotLightShadowmapEnable 0
    WorldRender.SpotLightShadowmapResolution 256
    WorldRender.LightTileCsPathEnable 0
    RenderDevice.ForceRenderAheadLimit 0
    PostProcess.DynamicAOEnable 0
    PerfOverlay.DrawFps 1
    GameTime.MaxVariableFps 60
    
    just copy it and paste it on a text document and name it user.cfg
    
    after that open Nvidia control panel and go to Manage 3d settings on global settings go to Multi-display/mixed-GPu acceleration and set it to Single Display performace mode , and Power management mode set it to prefer maximum performance and as last scroll all the way down and set Vertical sync to Adaptive
    now click on apply and close Nvidia control panel...
    
    and please remember when you start the game set V-sync OFF really important
    
    now you will see that the fps will be locked at 60 for those with more then 100 fps well thit is the only way it has worked for me and i hope it will work for you guys as well...im playing on auto settings witch is all on high settings and with 60 fps locked and sinds i did this fix havent got any fps drops issue...
