this problem is way before those latest updates, i made thread about it on bf1 forums long time ago, but its not gave much attention at the time...problem is still here but dice dont care...i have i5 4690 rx 470 8gb 16gb ram 1866mhz...win 10 pro..here is a link for forum thread that i made at that time https://forums.battlefield.com/en-us/discussion/129883/temp-fix-for-100-cpu-usage-and-performance-degradation thing is, i think they know for that, and its probably some anticheat programs and what not at the top of the game....It wasnt like that at the beggining...but hey, we paid and they dont care..

I used to play BF1 perfectly with the same PC, now I see those mistakes and I do not know what to do.
I was having the same issues my self and found that disabling these 2 things make sure to do both signifigantly helped and got my rig back to normal.

It was windows update the culprit.
