fps problems

Alright so i played beta and the game ran great.  Downloaded the game today and went to play and was getting 1 fps if not below. switched all my settings to low which took about 10 minutes for the game to register what was going on.  I have all the computer recommendations.  all my drivers are updated.  i have no clue what could be wrong.
