fps\lag problems

recently got battlefield4 on the PC, and i seem to be having fps\lag problems.
my pc is running
i7 3770k
gtx 660ti
16gb ram
1tb memory
asus maximus v gene motherboard
windows 7 Home Premium
pretty sure i'm meeting the requirements.
