Was playing some conquest with the performance graph on when I noticed my FPS would drop when moving my mouse. So I did a test and found out that at a polling rate of 1000 Hz my fps would drop. When I switched to 125 Hz the FPS drops were nearly gone. Using a Xbox 360 controller also didn't result in FPS drops. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FiaSmsyXNlI

i5-3570K 
EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SC - Driver version 375.57
16 GB DDR3 RAM (1600 Mhz)

Battlefield 1 settings:
Ultra at 1080p
Capped at 90 FPS (bug also happens without FPS cap)
DX11 Mode
