One other guy got in and it is a 4 digit code they are huge, if you press down on your controller it should go up to 260 something so you can enter it.. anyways sorry if it didn't work for you but it worked for 2 people so far..
I also erased the corrupt data and switched to a wired modem instead of wireless connection as well, the other guy i helped on the BF4 forums erased his game data and DLC's first and redownloaded them after getting in..

People listen, im in NC and i just changed the DNS settings to what Bang said, IT WORKS!!! Hopefully it will work for you too.
