Here is my EB tickets, though I just posted this thread there again hoping for them to troubleshoot and attempt to duplicate it themselves. Now you see why I consider them the most helpful, even if it is their ban, if you read what the others posted on their sites or threads, or the lack of responses on the other people's parts, these guys are comparitively saintlike:
11/28/2013 11:16:51 - "Alex J" Note #4: I'm sorry, but we as a policy do not give out information regarding particular violations, or what triggers a particular violation. I cannot honor your request.
This ban is being held by the third-party ban site PBBans.com, for the given violation. We are not affiliated with any third-party ban sites.
11/26/2013 17:27:07 - "The_MT_One" Note #3: Is there any information you can provide related to the ban list administrator or to what the Game Hack is?
If it's supposedly seeing through walls, versus running some software, then I can respond with more accuracy in anything. I don't need names of programs or such to do so, but would like a better description of what I accused of, rather than #81588 which is rather meaningless.
I did see that in new patches admins cannot use punkbuster to ban players from their server, is this in any way related to that? Was I banned from a server, and now in turn from playing the game in Multiplayer online altogether?
Lastly, your note states "It is at the discretion of the third-party ban list administrator" which implies that Even Balance was not the ones who determined this, but it was provided to them. Can you clarify who or how that came to be?
I realize none of the things here will help my appeal, as it is, proving that I do not do something seems to be nigh impossible, but more information at the very least will help me investigate this further.
I do state however that this is in error, at least if it relates to some hacking of the game in some way for an advantage. However if it is software that is installed or such, more investigation is needed, thus I ask for more details on what exactly the hack "is".
11/26/2013 15:40:39 - "Alex J" Note #2: We do not find this violation to be triggered in error, and it will not be removed. It is at the discretion of the third-party ban list administrator to remove any ban given as a result of this violation.

Something I thought of. Did PB have raised violations regarding the possession of CE in the past ? I guess CE is quite "old", did it triggered bans in BF3?
If it wasn't used on battlelfield of course.
If it didn't, how can the players know when PB updates and chooses to add a program to their watchlist that wasn't on it before? As I often read, CE is quite basic in his execution and easy to find as program. So why now and why no warnings ?
