Game always starting in Windowed mode when set to Borderless fullcreen

My settings are set to 1920x1080 @ 60hz Borderless full screen but everytime I start a game, it starts in Windowed mode. I need to switch the game to my second monitor then back in order to get it  f...

Disable TeamViewer if you have one running in the background.
