game crashes during saving and loading sequence in multi and single player

during campaign mode game crashes at save points and during online multi player i might get to play 1 map then crashes when loading the next map my system is core i5 intel 16 gb ram and amd hd 6990 g...

    Hello,

    It looks like the error is caused by this dll file; atkdx11disp.dll

    Are you running Smart doctor or Asus OSD?

    If yes turn these off in MSCONFIG

    and reboot pc and try the games again.

    If this doesnt help you need to uninstall Smart doctor and Asus OSD!

    Need more help report back!

    try to use a different fan control, there are a dozen off them for free on the internet!

    or disable the OSD first then test and then Smart doctor. to see wich giving you the error!

have tried all the standard fixes posted by ea this problem is not just with battlefield 3 but also medal of honour warfighter hence i have not bought another game for origin both games i have hard copies of

drivers are all up to date

Hello to you!!

Please give us some more information about your error.

- Go start
- Type event viewer
- look at windows logs
- applications
- look for errors BF3
- Select Details and then XML view.

Copy and Paste it here please!


We would also like to know more about your system specs.
so if you please could fill in the list below.

Operating System
CPU (Intel/AMD)
GPU Type(AMD/Nvidia)
Driver Version GPU
RAM (Memory)
PSU (Power Supply Unit)
HDD/SSD
Sound (Onboard or External)
Overclocking (Yes/No)
Internet Connection (Wireless or Ethernet)
Internet Connection Speeds (http://www.speedtest.net)
Kind off Virus Scanner?
Are you using any kind of Bitlocker?

        if i disable smart doctor how do i keep my gpu fan speed settings cause it has a tendency to over heat and crash out as it has while playing skyrim
