Hello @Stonebreaker6,
It seems that you got banned November 18, 2014 by PBBans due to MD5Tool Mismatch, same applies for GGC-Stream. As your last ban appeal was denied, I am afraid that we can't help you in this case.
Cheers

I have no idea what that means. Am I no longer able to use this game?
Is there a way you can audit my PC remotely? Because I have not been cheating and as such, have nothing to hide.
Hello @Stonebreaker6,
I am not authorized to remoteley audit your computer. Please get in contact with PBBans and GGC to get this sorted out.
Thanks for your understanding.
Cheers
Just to add, evenbalance are the developers of punkbuster and as pbbans and GGC use the punkbuster software the only people who can determine whether a ban has a false positive or not is evenbalance. You probably have already opened a trouble ticket with evenbalance as you have to when you appeal on pbbans but heres the link to it..

Details on how MD5 checks work can be read here..
http://searchsecurity.techtarget.com/definition/MD5
Everyone has an MD5 hash, if this hash doesn't add up then punkbuster will give a 2 minute kick. If the server in question is streaming to a third party anti cheat site like pbbans and GGC then that 2 minute kick is transferred into a ban on all streaming servers. This means that you can still play on pb enabled servers but those that stream to TPAC sites enforce the ban that you are added to hence the punkbuster kick line in question.
A player does not have to cheat for long for these MD5 checks to find a mismatch and the player is subsequently kicked and potentially banned from streaming servers hence the possibility of the players stats not being affected.
