Game doesn't install

Download and Install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package from this link http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=5555

Download and Install the DirectX End-User Runtimes (June 2010) from this link http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=8109

Also use Windows Update to download and install any pending updates for the Windows OS.

Restart the system when the above instructions have been completed.

 Unfortunately still the game installation doesn't work, today I even reinstalled my windows.

This folder is empty : 

C:\ProgramData\Origin\DownloadCache

maybe it will help. Thanks for not ignoring my problem!

Try following the below instructions.

Restart the computer system.

Do not load the Origin client on startup.

Locate the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 3\__Installer.

Delete the files named Cleanup.dat, Cleanup.exe, Touchup.dat, Touchup.exe, installerdata.xml.

Locate the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\EAInstaller\Battlefield 3.

Delete everything within the above folder.

Now Locate the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\Origin.exe.

Right click on the Origin.exe and select "Run as Administrator".

Within the Origin client right click the Battlefield 3 title from My Games section and select Repair Install and/or Download.

This should restart the Battlefield 3 Download / Installer.

Note: Origin must be "Run as Administrator".

Sorry to bothering you again, still the game doesn't install.

My girlfriend's laptop has the same windows as me and worse qualities and I ran the game from her laptop and everything working so after we saw that the game is OK and we understood that the problem is in my computer we decided to copy her files and past it to the folder at my computer but it didn't help as either. Maybe you have some more ideas for me?

Maybe I can download from other site or in the web the installer or something, not from origin?

I think the only option from here is to re-install Windows OS.

If the option is available, install Windows 7 64BIT OS.

Also before installation of the Origin client and BF3 make sure that the re-installed Windows OS has all the updates using Windows Updates.

Note: You will also need to install the required Chipset, Audio, Lan/Ethernet and Graphics drivers after Windows OS re-installation.

In the end we installed win 8 64bit and the game was running perfectly.
